| Service Pack 2? "Service Pack did not install. Reverting changes. Do not turn off your computer." I've tried to install SP 2 with the downloaded package in addition to Windows Update and also downloaded the cleanup tool. I've disabled my Norton antivirus program and still SP2 will not install. I already have SP1 installed on my HP Pavillion 32 bit OS with Windows Vista Home Premium. Do I really need to install SP2? Thanks in advance for your answers. |
