regtrans-ms and blf files

There are many regtrans-ms and blf files in the route of my User directory, they are in below format:

ntuser.dat{0ad09973-e8c7-11db-b39d-0019d1481925}.TM.blf
ntuser.dat{0ad09973-e8c7-11db-b39d-0019d1481925}.TMContainer00000000000000000001.regtrans-ms

I want to know if they are required by windows or i can delete them anyways???

No don't delete them. As far as i am aware NTUSER.DAT are user's registry, they are small in size. They get created automatically so as to protect registry form getting corrupted. They wont cause any problem to you and they are required by windows. Don't delete them or move them, let them stay where they are, else you might run into some issue later on.
