Gears of War for Windows Won't Launch

After a fresh install of Vista Home Premium, installed Gears of War for
Windows again on my computer. On my original install of Vista, GOW ran,
after initall Live updates, and game updates, On this install, nothing has
changed on hardware, maybe newer driver updates, GOW won't launch. I get
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Gears of War\Binaries\wargame-g4wlive.exe:
You cannot run the game with modified executible code. Please reinstall the
game.

It's all over the world the same prob...
Microsoft and Eidos try to find a solution...
In the meantime, just change the time to the 27.01.2008... Than it work...
till there is a solution...
