This is because you association/program dont know how to open that file or which app to use to open that file. Hence you need to create one for the same. You can do it easily by going into Go to Control Panel > Default Programs > Associate a file type or program with a protocol > locate the file and change it to respective app. For more Help on the same, check this:

"This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action" error message when you open a Binder file http://support.microsoft.com/kb/281931
