    webpage........'
I cannot get rid of it and there is no facility to close it down. have
tried uninstalling the google toolbar and reinstalling but it has made
no difference. No recent google downloads apart from google earth and
some gadgets which I have also uninstalled.

    1. Click "Disagree".

    2. Go to Control Panel>Programs and Features and uninstall Google Toolbar,
Google Earth, Google Desktop Search. Uninstall other OEM-preinstalled cr*p
    and trial software, too.

This issue happens when you have Office installed

This is the workaround and fix.

Re: end user license agreement pop up

The best way I have found to guarantee getting rid of this annoying pop-up is firstly to uninstall recent google downloads.

Secondly, restart computer in safe mode (press F8 during re-boot and select "SAFE MODE").

Then go into Windows Explorer or My Computer and select "Computer", followed by "Vista (C:)". Then select "Program Files" and then "Google". In the Google folder will be a "EULA" (End User License Agreement) folder. Right click and select "Delete".

Close and restart the computer in normal mode and the dastardly pesky pop-up should be gone!!

Then try reinstalling some of the Google downloads, with the exception of the toolbar, which the pop-up appears to be linked to.

Hope this helps, Ciao 4 Now. T.
