How to install service to bypass Vista Interactive Services Detection Service

Hey guys, I have a very small query and hope I get help from here. I recently upgraded to Windows Vista and hence new for the same but I am a very old user of Windows operating system. I wanted to know if there is ant way in Vista we can install service to bypass vista interactive mode.( UIODetect.exe). Is yes, please let me know how. Many thanks.
