Hey guys,
Let me start by saying that this is my first post and I looked around for some time to make sure there wasn't already a thread on this. Also, I'm not a real experienced Windows user, so I'm sorry if this is a newbie question.
I was experiencing some issues with my sound coming out crackled, after looking around on the internet for a while, I found out that the issue was caused by a conflict between the wireless driver and the sound card. I tried to install the Broadcom Wireless Adapter update, thinking that would fix it??? and somehow during the process I uninstalled my Broadcom Wireless Driver???
I then went into the device manager and clicked on my Broadcom Wireless adapter and clicked on "update driver software". It runs a search and then tells me that my driver is up to date.
The Device Staus is:
This device cannot start. (Code 10)
The Driver Version is 4.170.25.19 10/26/2007
but when I try to connect to a wireless network, It tells me "the network adapter "broadcom 802.11n network adapter" is experiencing driver or hardware related issues"
Any thoughts on this??? Thanks for your time guys.
