Better yet - go into add/remove programs and deinstall google. If you feel
after a while that the google toolbar will provide additional features
beyond IE (or Firefox), then you can reinstall it.

Mike.

Re: Google Eula

Click on start button and type msconfig in start search box.Click on
msconfig and it will bring you to system configuration.Open startup and
unclick box with google eula, click apply and ok and it should disappear when
you restart.

Re: Google Eula

I have solved this problem by pressing the Start button (bottom
left) and then "msconfig" to be followed by the Enter key. Then you'll
see a tab "Startup" and find "toolbar_eula_launcher. This you must
invent and "Apply" or "ok" to push. This would have solved the problem
(for me)
