Motorola USB Modem driver crashed on Vista

I am not able to locate any drivers for Motorola phone after installing Vista. In my old operating system Windows XP, I was able to install the same. I had downloaded the most recent edition of software that allow me to import songs, videos, photos, etc which is not working in Vista. I also share the internet of my phone through that tool. But does not understand what actually happened and I am not able to install motorola usb modem in Device Manager.

It is common issue with Vista. No old drivers work on it and you cannot do anything in that. I am also having a Motorola device that simply stopped working after Vista upgrade. It is a bit complicated to find the right drivers for it, but new hardware installation wizard is useless. Nor Windows Update is having any kind of support for that.
