Cannot install Bluetooth usb adapter ES-388 V2.0 on Windows Vista

What does the error "Problem caused by Sync Profile" refers to. I am getting this error when I am trying to connect a bluetooth usb adapter to my system. The error is very common and I am not able to find the solution for the same. I never notice any sync profile error and this is the first time I am facing the problem. It looks issue is due to failed bluetooth driver. I hope there would be some proper solution available for the same.

Go in device manager. It is due to some incompatible hardware in your system. That is the reason you are not able to get a proper fix for the same. It is recommended that you first download the proper driver and then go for the other settings.
