I am getting a error related to some hardware in Windows. It is Code 37 - Windows cannot initialize the device driver for this hardware. It happen due to some new drivers in Windows. I was updating Radeon drivers due to which I am getting this error. I want to upgrade my gpu and before doing that I was just thinking to update drivers. So that I can get a better resolution.

Did you checked the edition of Windows before downloading those drivers. I had faced a similar crash problem in my system. I am having a Vista 64bit in my system. I downloaded fresh drivers. Those were 32bit that I ignored. While updating I got bluescreen on my system. I later on performed fresh installation with all compatible drivers and things went fine.

likely solution: Go to this link at the microsoft.com technet forum and read the 6-23-08 posting by Egarcia titled Answer Re: Code 37 - Windows cannot initialize the device driver for this hardware. (Vista Home Edition). The solution completely fixed all my problems (well, not my relations with my ex, but all my vista/error 37 issues), and that of dozens others with similar issues.

For comparative reference: I was having sudden and numerous problems on my acer 6920 - a half dozen "code-37" errors ID'd in the devices control panel, and failure of laptop's keyboard, built-in mouse, and all audio devices. Then i found the Microsoft thread referenced above. Twenty minutes later, including restart, everything's working perfectly.
