Pioneer DVD-RW DVR-K16S ATA Device driver

I'm using a Toshiba Satellite R-20 w/a Pioneer DVD-RW DVR-K16S ATA Device.
Last monday after using upgrade advisor & following the instructions, I
(upgraded ?) to Vista Ultimate. I've spent the last few days dealing w/ stuff
like new printer drivers & getting my wireless working again. While getting
my wireless working, I got a wireless gaming adapter, that J & R sent me for
an ethernet adapter, set up for wireless printing. Now that I got my new
printer drivers working, along w/ the wireless, I decided to use the gaming
adapter for wireless printing, but to get my wireless working I had to change
some settings, so today I put the gaming adapter cd in my dvd drive & found
out it no longer works. I used it 2 or 3 days ago to get the adapter working
the first time. All I can find out, from device manager, is what I'll copy/
paste at the end of this post. The check for solutions button won't do
anything.
Here's the copy/ paste:
Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be
corrupted or missing. (Code 39)

Click 'Check for solutions' to send data about this device to Microsoft and
to see if there is a solution available.
The drive is: Pioneer DVD-RW DVR-K16S ATA Device
I hope somebody can help me.

Thanx,

Dave
