Number of unknown devices in Device Manager

After installing Windows Vista, I found tons of unknown devices listed inside Device Manager. I am using a wireless mouse and keyboard. So it looks all those hardware are quiet associated with the same. I am not able to find which drive can install which hardware. I can see my infrared devices which are listed quiet fine and they all working. Till yet I had not found any kind of hardware failure in my system. What should I do with those unknown devices.

There are quiet few number of things which remain uninstalled. Like the raid controller, any battery utility, etc. Due to which you are getting those thing listed. First check that all needed stuff like audio, video, usb, internet, etc are working. There must not be any issue related to that. You can find those unlisted hardware through motherboard specification. The detailed specification of motherboard can be located on the official site. You can locate related to hardware and run the setup.
