I have a pc raid card and not an onboard one, for which I am trying to find a driver which will work on Windows Vista. Currently I have downloaded almost 10-12 drivers from different website but none of them are working on my pc with Vista, this card used to work fine in Windows XP however. Can anyone tell me how do i get it to work under Windows Vista. Thanks for any solution.

You should first always try to keep up with the latest windows update by regularly obtaining them from the microsoft site. But due to hardware modifications in some cases by the different manufacturer's the driver update may cause error. So you should try to install the driver in Vista in Compatibility mode. Other things that you can try is to uninstall and scan the hardware device in device manager. After that restart the computer and then let Windows install the driver automatically.
