Silicon Image SiI 0680 Ultra-133 Medley ATA Raid Controller

Hi all I am on the look out for a driver for my Raid Card (PCI NOT OB)
I have downloaded 9 of them but none which will work with vista, I know the
card works because it worked with XP home !!!

I am on Vista Home Basic,

Any one know what or where I can get them from ?? I do not want to boot into
raid just run it in windows,

In vista drivers working only if card is setted with non raid bios
So you must wait an upgrade of Silicon if it decide to do ....

Silicon Image SiI 0680 Ultra-133 Medley ATA Raid Controller

Hi all, new to the forums :)

I have been fighting with my PCI IDE Raid card. I have it set up as
RAID, I have been through F3 and set up which disk is the primary and
secondary.
In Vista I can see both drives in explorer and disk manager.

However... I'm not sure that RAID is working, I have set it up as
mirroring, so I would expect both disks to have the same data on. If I
copy something new to the primary disk it doesn't automatically get
copied to the secondary one.

Am I missing something here?

The install went OK and I can see the Sil680 SCSI adapter in Device
Manager, the driver is up to date and there is no yellow dot against it.

Hi,

If you can see them as two separate disks, then the raid is not set up
correctly. To the operating system, a hardware raid set to mirror should
show as a single volume. Are you installing a raid driver during setup?
