Sis driver update for Sis Accelerated Graphics Port

After running Microsoft Update I am facing a number of artifacts on on my screen. I am getting the same on even very basic games. I checked the error log and found a associated driver file. The driver is provided by Microsoft so to some extent there must not be this type of graphic glitch. If I remove the driver I am not sure whether the games will work or not. I am playing very basic games.

I found the link below. You get the official driver SIS download page. It is right that if you do not find a compatible drivers you will not be able to use or play proper games. That makes the system graphics poor. So there are quiet less chances you can find appropriate updates. I had always downloaded the drivers from this official SIS site and found helpful resources.
