Linksys Routers and Vista Problems

I am having a new Toshiba laptop. I had installed Vista on the same. Now I am trying to access internet through Linksys WRT54G router. But somehow the connection is not setup properly. It fails in between. I am not facing any issue with the connection but wifi does not remain stable. On the same hand I am having a XP laptop. This works quiet fine. The Toshiba laptop is a new one and I am sure there must not be this kind of problem in it.

Try to setup the router from scratch. Make the settings on minimum security. That is the only way it can help. You can start with router firmware upgrade. There are chances that due to old firmware you are facing this kind of issues.
