Permanently disable Vista 64 bit driver signature check

I want some help to disable driver signature check in Windows Vista x64 system. Because I want to install some unsigned driver for a old modem. Due to driver signature check the unsigned drivers are failed to install. I had tried to make some changes in Windows registry, but that does not really worked. I need some help with locating right steps that can help me to provide access to unsign drivers in Vista.

You can do that through command prompt. For that run cmd and then type the following bcdedit /set nointegritychecks off and hit enter. Then simply restart your system. If you want to turn on driver signature you just need to replace Off with On in the end. Then try to run driver setup. Making changes in Windows registry is not a valid option. Because somehow this will cause issue in the system.
