Asus M70Vn with 9650GT. I already went through clean-up with Driver Sweeper just thought this time shouldn't be the case. Might've been wrong. I was planing on doing a clean driver re-install it's just that I didn't have the time. It might be a while until a get into it. If bsod's get the best of me might be sooner than later though :|
Can you try to follow the below steps inorder to fix this issue:
1. Download latest WHQL notebook set driver for windows 7 for your graphics card
2. After that find the device id in nvam.inf
3. Next you have to find [nv_commonBase_addreg] section
4. After that simply add the below lines:

5. Save the inf and run setup.
