Lexmark X75 printer driver for Vista

Does Lexmark X75 Printer works in Vista. My brother has this printer and he want to buy a new one. He agree to give that to me. I have a regular one, but want to buy this one as it has a scanner and fax facility also. I do not have any Windows XP system. The driver disc that he has is of Windows XP. I am not sure whether this is going to work on Vista or not. How can find Vista drivers for this thing.

There is no driver available for Windows Vista. The last which is found on the official website is Windows XP 32bit. If you are willing to buy then I will recommend you to add XP on your system. Or else it will not work. You can try testing the 32bit XP driver on Vista. It might be compatible with the same. But there are less chances that it will work and offer you a better support.
