Using CHIC eHome Infrared Transceiver on Vista

I am planing to migrate my MCE 2005 system to Vista x64. But before that I am making a checklist of finding all the options and hardware that must work in Vista. Now I am having a eHome USB Infrared Transceiver. This simply works well on Windows XP and there is no issue with configuration. But for Vista will this work. I am having a CHIC mouse. It works through that transceiver. Without driver update the mouse does not work. I need to know that configuring the same on Vista will be helpful or not.

Did you find the drivers for the mouse. You can check the same through Windows Update. It will provide you a better results and supported output. If this does not work then I will recommend you to use only those drivers or hardware which are supported. Do not just try to use old hardware they can incompatible.
