Device not recognized in Device Manager

I own a BenQ S73G laptop. It is a nice device with all thing that are needed. When it was purchased I got Windows XP Home pre-installed on the same. Later on I had upgraded the same to Windows Vista. Now in Device Manager, it looks everything is installed except a single device. It is not detected nor it is shown up. If atleast I can find the name of that device i can arrange the drivers and install it. I know nothing about the driver in it. I checked in my system specs that there would be something which is not working. But still not able to locate that pending hardware.

Do you have a card reader in your laptop. Just test that. Put a SD card and see whether it is working or not. If not then you need to locate the card reader driver. The best place to find that is on the official website of BenQ. If everything is working then you do not need to worry about that device. You can leave the same as it is.
