    ATK0110 ACPI driver solved!

I was getting this ACPI driver for ATK 0110 message popping up and I immediately found it in the ASUS Ai Booster software in a folder called ACPI64\WINDOWS VISTA folder. This has succesfully solved the question mark that i was getting in my Device Manager. But what I would like to know is, for what purpose it can be used?

I am not able to find the ACPI164 folder that you have mentioned. Also I have Windows Vista 32 bit installed on my system and not 64 bit, so does that make any difference? I even checked it at Windows update but was not able to download the same? Is there any link to this driver from where i can download it and install on my pc. Thanks

ATK simply means AsusTEK and the ATK0110 is a driver for ACPI utility on the asus laptop and for 32 bit windows vista you can find and installer to install this drivers, incase not found then use the method of the 64bit version installation from the below suggestions:

    1. You need to download and save a file on the desktop, which is called ATKDrv_Vista64.
    2. First of all click on Start and then right click on my computer.
    3. After that click on Properties and then go to Device Manager.
    4. Here you will come across with unknown device.
    5. Just right click on it and choose update driver and then click "Browse my computer for software" and select that same file from the desktop from the folder called ATKDrv_Vista64.
    6. After that click on next and accept all the terms and all and press ok.
    7. This way the driver for the ATK0110 will be installed.
