| Redirect Sound Card Output
Hi, I've purchased a guitar recording device that acts like a Soundcard by itself, being the sound only heard if I connect the line out of the equipement to speakers or headphones. I was wondering if there is a way of redirecting the output of a sound card (this recording device) to another soundcard (my pc's soundcard) so the sound of the first soudcard is heard through the pc speakers connected to the pc's main soundcard. |

Connect line out from one card to line in on the other card. |

Probably not, if the recording device tells Windows that *it* is the soundcard. A lot of them work this way. To test this, connect the recording device and then try playing the basic Windows sounds. If those aren't heard through the PC's speakers, you will have to move the speaker cable to the recording device. This may give you better sound, anyway. HTH -pk |
