Safe to delete AppData\Roaming?

Hi there - new to this forum. I have a really large file under
AppData\Roaming\Adobe\FileBrowser\PhotoshopCS (12GB).

It appears to be temp files of some sort, but I'm not able to find
anything online that confirms that. This is a stand-alone machine, is
it ok to delete these files? They are seriously bogging me down &
appear to be unnecessary?

Any input is greatly appreciated.

Is it "Safe to delete AppData\Roaming?" No, absolutely not.

Is it safe to delete specific files under
"AppData\Roaming\Adobe\FileBrowser\PhotoshopCS "? Possibly, it depends
on what the files contain and whether or not you need that data.

I'd suggest finding out from Adobe (or similar user forums) whether
these files are needed or not, and if not, why Photoshop isn't
maintaining it's own data directory.
