Left 4 Dead released in early November on PC / X360

Postponed several times, Left 4 Dead is finally on track. On the occasion of the event "pre-E3" organized last week by Electronic Arts, we could actually see a more advanced version of the game Turtle Rock / Valve and there is still a lot of work to refine things (including gameplay zombies), a release date has already been set.

Doug Lombardi, head of communication at Valve, we had clarified that the game should be available for the beginning of November on both PC and Xbox 360. It seems to be the date of November 4, which has been chosen while on the Old Continent, it will have to wait three more days (until November 7 so) to discover this title more than promising.

Many players were surprised that we do not talk to Left 4 Dead at the 2008 Games Convention held in Leipzig there is a big week. The reason is quite simple: Valve and Electronic Arts did actually nine really nothing about this action game in which survivors must escape hordes of zombies.

The gameplay later survivors seems so to speak flawless, we did not have been able to test the revival of the zombie party. The latter had impressed us last March at our preview, but since then, Turtle Rock and Valve have changed quite a lot of elements but we still have been possible to test the thing.

In the meantime, we suggest you discover the last four catches published by Valve. The catches which allow us to confirm the new appearance of survivors.

    Left 4 Dead Configurations

The official schedules are formal in a little over a month, we should be able to play Call of Duty: World At War and Left 4 Dead. Scheduled on many platforms, the first to land on 14 November while six more days will be needed to finish second, provided exclusively for PC and Xbox 360.

On the side of PC players raised the question of the system requirements to run these two titles and, this fall rather well, we just have details. Call Of Duty: World At War, it will count with a Pentium 4 3 GHz or Athlon 64 3200 + supported by 512 MB (XP) / 1024 MB (Vista) of RAM and a graphics card compatible Shader 3.0 ( GeForce 6600GT / Radeo 1600XT). It is also about 8 GB of free disk space.

More interesting still, given the expectations surrounding the release of the game, the configuration of Left 4 Dead is pretty close, even if the video should be less demanding:

    1. Windows 2000, XP or Vista
    2. Pentium 4 3.0 GHz or double-heart to 2 GHz
    3. 1 GB (XP) / 2 GB (Vista) of RAM
    4. 7.5 GB of free disk space
    5. Compatible graphics card with Shader 2.0 at least 256 MB of video memory
    6. Sound card supports DirectX 9.0c
