Well, if you have played similar kind of games then you will need approx 24 hours to complete Saints Row 3 pc game. Obviously you wont play for 24 hours at a stretch, so considering that you can enjoy the game till 5-6 days I think. There are some DLC of the game released as well which will add another hour/day or so for completion.

It is a big game, It took me 25 hours to complete the game (not in a single stretch) I did all the side quests and main missions.
