You will find the save game files such as the highscores.lua and settings.lua files in c:\users\[your user name]\AppData\Roaming\Rovio\Angry Birds. All you need to do is just enable the option to view hidden files in your computer otherwise you will not be able to see the Appdata folder. Hope this will help you out.
