how to complete all levels in left 4 dead pc game

i completed 4 levels of left 4 dead, even i completed also it showing me same 4 levels,but not giving fifth level.

actually how many levels are there in Left 4 Dead (PC)?

and also how to play & complete levels?

Normally, when you have completed all the task in a level then the next level in the game is automatically unlocked, I mean, you get to know that you have been proceeded to the next level of the game? You mean to say you have completed 4 campaigns?? correct me if i am wrong. Left 4 Dead has 4 campaigns, each campaign has 5 levels. So in total there are 20 levels.
