Jagged Alliance Crossfire is 33% off for Back in Action game owners

I had read that Steam is giving discounts on the Jagged Alliance Crossfire for the people who already own Jagged Alliance Back in Action. Is it true? Because when I got myself Jagged Alliance Crossfire, I didn’t get any discount. Is there anything wrong with the Steam or did read some old news which Steam has forgotten to remove from their website. Can someone tell me about it?

I agree that there was news some days back which said that people who own Jagged Alliance Back in Action will get a 33% discount while purchasing Jagged Alliance Crossfire. But this offer was valid only for people who make pre-orders before 24th of August 2012. Also Jagged Alliance Back in Action was priced at discount of 50% if anybody doesn’t have this game. Maybe you purchased this game after 24th August due to which you didn’t get the discount.

If you are pre-ordering Jagged Alliance Crossfire after 24th August 2012, then you will just get 15% discount, that too only if you own Jagged Alliance Back in Action before. Check the date on which you made the purchase of this game. If you still think that you didn’t get proper discount or you were over priced for Jagged Alliance Crossfire, then you can show the purchase proof to Steam who will refund the extra amount they charged you.
