Transformers: Fall of Cybertron G1 Retro Pack issue

I have started playing Transformers: Fall of Cybertron and I have downloaded the G1 Retro Pack to get the Optimus Prime skin and parts in this game. After downloading and installing the DLC, I don’t find the skins in the multiplayer mode of the game. Also many times certain part of the G1 Retro pack fails to load leading to problems like missing part and so on. Can someone tell me why it is happening?

This is a very well known issue At least the parts of the G1 Retro Pack are loading in the multiplayer mode of your game. Many people are claiming that the game fails to detect the G1 Retro Pack. They cannot even find it in the single player campaign mode as well as the character mode. No reason has been found or declared by the developers yet. I think it parts of the G1 Retro Pack must be conflicting with some other file. I hope developers bring out some patch to get the things right.
