FAL Rifle not working in May Payne 3 Multiplayer

Just bought this game a week ago. There is no problem with the single player mode but while playing the same in Multiplayer, I saw that when I was shooting to the enemy with FAL Rifle it did not die. I was able to hit him that I am sure because I saw the life bar is getting empty It’s like they have some kind of protective shield and I can just kill them. Is there someone here who has the same issue. Is this a bug.

Even I have faced the same kind of issue in the Multiplayer mode. I am not sure which weapon I was using in the game but it appeared that when I shot the opposite players they do not die. This looks to be bug. I had tried to play the game a number but still the same thing appear. What am I doing wrong here.

This is annoying thing in the game. All the bug must be cleared before releasing the game and if there is any kind of issue then they must provide patches to fix that.
