Co Op mode in Alan Wake's: American Nightmare

Have some question for the Alan Wake fans. I completed this game just few hours ago and I do agree Alan Wake: American Nightmare is a great game. The only thing which I really missed is the Co Op mode? Atleast two players Co Op should be provided in the game.

What you guys think, there should be Co-Op or not. Also let me know if you are having any thoughts on above mentioned topic. Thanks a lot in advance.

I know that there are many gamers who are looking to get Co Op mode in all games. It simply forces to think about Co Op mode rather than that of improving single player experience. So far there is no need to get Co Op mode in Alan Wake: American Nightmare. As far as I know about the gameplay and story, Co Op mode will not make any great effect. It’s a story based game so I request you to all don’t ask for Co Op mode at all.

I do agree that its a kind of game in which there is nothing to do with Co Op mode. Already we had game like Silent Hill in which we could play Co Op mode as well as individual mode. If they are planning to give the same, make sure that story should be different than that of actual gameplay. Also suitable setting should be made to fit the genre as well. After playing Fight Till Dawn mode I though there should be co-op gameplay at least in that particular mode.

As far as this particular game is concerned there are very few aspect where Co Op mode would work. Rather providing Co Op mode they should make solo gameplay better. We know that entire game is based on Story so all the gamers should not expect much about multiplayer mode. I know that there was game called Obscure in that we allowed to play Co Op but it had 4 characters. However I would not be happy at all AW2 would provide another character. But still I would really appreciate if Arcade mode support for co-op mode.
