How to fix error 300008 while Creating Character in Diablo III

Hello I am just irritated by this error code. Every time when I try to create character I get error code 300008 and I am not able to start the game. I am able to log in on server but can’t play and create character. So does anyone know how to fix this error code on Diablo III? I have tried by joining other server but still I am getting the same issue.

This error seems to be server issue, therefore before doing any troubleshooting, first make sure the Diablo III server working fine because sometime Diablo III server may be down for maintenance. Go to the official website of the Diablo III game to check the server status. If Diablo III server not down then there can be issue with internet connection.

I have got the same issue and I have Power Cycle the Modem and Router to solve this issue. May be the issue is caused by ISP. By simply resetting the connection you can resolve these. First of all shutdown your system which connected to modem and router, once it is done remove the router from its power source. Now wait for 3 to 4 minutes and then plug back power source of router / modem and then restart the system.

There are lots of reasons for this issue like Security Programs and Other Third-Party Programs. So if you have installed any software or application which interfering with Diablo then you will need to disable it. It is required to add Diablo III under exception list of Firewall. Second thing I would like to recommend you to close the all unwanted third party Programs process and then see Diablo III become stable or not.
