First of all make sure installer is running in administrator mode. To run installer in administrator mode go through the below steps: Right-click the program icon and after that select the properties. Now in properties go to Compatibility tab and under those Change settings for all users button at the bottom of the new options. On Privilege Level make check mark on the run this program as administrator check box, once you finished this save your setting and click on apply button to change setting.
Second: you may get this issue due to other third party process or program, so I would like to suggest you to temporarily disable the background applications or programs on your system. To disable background applications or programs follow these steps: Start the System Configuration Utility: choose Start, Run, type msconfig and choose OK, The dialog box System Configuration Utility appears. In the dialog box System Configuration Utility, choose the General tab, choose Selective Startup. Clear the check box Process System.ini file, Clear the check box Win.ini file, Clear the check box Load Startup Items, and Check the boxes that Load System Services and Use Original BOOT.INI are checked. Now go to the Services tab. Choose the check box Hide All Microsoft Services. Choose Disable All, and after that choose OK. When prompted, choose Restart to restart the computer, that’s it after restarting try to install game... |
