Diablo III Disc Ejected everytime when I begin installation

I was trying to install the game but the problem is that the installation CD gets ejected as soon as I begin with the installation this is a very strange problem I thought this is only me who is having the problem but when I inquired with my friends they said that that even they are having the same problem. Now I don’t understand what’s the problem with these game developers? They are developing games who has a faulty installation CD. So what I did was mailed to the developers about the problem for which I got a reply from them saying to login to Battle.net and then install the Diablo III from there via. Digital download. Now I don’t understand this it is giving me problems with the digital download as well. asking for the hard copy. Now this is really terrible I want to get rid of the problem as soon as possible. so would you all suggest me some solutions to get rid of the problem?

The same issue happened with me as well. every time I tried to download it digitally it got stuck up in 50% mark and then I had to repeat the installation procedure again. so I was really terrified with the problem. Now I will share an interesting solution that one of my friend told me hope it will be useful for you. What you do is re-download the installer which is given in the battle.net. While you start with the downloading and all the installer will check for the updates and once done with that it will start working perfectly well. The game will get downloaded fully. It won’t give you any problems in the middle. Now this solution has worked for me. I am sure it will work out for you as well. Do try it and let me know if it was useful for you or not.

If it is asking for a hard copy then I am sure that entire data tome is missing from the download. I would say better restart the downloader. Now when you are restarting the downloader make sure you better select the same download folder that you did before because that has the installer in it. Once the downloader process is completely done it would launch the installer on its own. This is the solution that I got for the official link of battle.net it helped me a lot. That’s why I am recommending the solution for you. Do let me know if that solution was useful or not.

This problem might occur if you all haven’t completed deleted the temporary files of the Diablo iii beta version that you played in your system. And believe me if you haven’t deleted them then it won’t allow you to install the game successfully even if you try re-downloading the installer. Nothing will work. The same was the case with me as well.

So what I did was first went ahead and deleted the Diablo temp files which were there in the program files. Once I ensured that the temporary files of the beta version were deleted then I went ahead and clicked on diablo III installer which were there stored in C:/Program Files. Now once when I clicked on the installer everything began to work smoothly, the installation happened fine, now the game is running well. so the tempo files of the beta version were causing the problem for me, now the problem has been solved. I hope this solution from my side will prove to be useful to some one or the another.

Dude I haven’t played the beta version so I don’t think that should affect me in anyways. So the beta thing should be completely ruled out from the list of possibilities of my problem. I did try the solution which the above person has given i.e. to restart the downloader and then check. I have tried that, the download process gets over but the installer is not running now it is stuck up at 1-2% from so long, it is not getting installed. Now the problem is that nobody from blizzard are able to help me out on this. I have written down a mail to them describing about the problem but they aren’t bothered to reply me for the said problem, that’s why o am stuck in a situation where I don’t know what to do or where to contact?

If it is being so difficult to get the game downloaded and installed then I am just wondering how difficult it would be to play the game god knows what all problems are there inside the game play? Anyways I want this issue fixed up by any officials from blizzard otherwise I am thinking of terminating the account which I had subscribed to.

See dude I suppose you haven’t got the solution right I don’t understand why doesn’t the installer runs in your system? it would either be a technical mistake from the developers end or it might be like you are not following the steps properly on how to solve this problem. So what you need to do is make sure you go through these steps again and see if this time it is working properly for you or not :

1. First of all you need to go to the following site bnet.net, log in there and download the LATEST installer for your region. Make sure you check out the region correctly.
2. Now if you have enabled any firewalls or antivirus in your system then just disable them for some time, just for temporary purpose. Once the process gets over you can enable them.
3. It’s time to run the setup, while running the setup, choose the same folder/path with which you ran the downloader previously. If you don’t choose the folder then it will begin downloading all the files all over again which would be a total waste of time for you. Don’t do that.
4. Allow the downloader to check all the files and allow the downloader to finish its process.
5. Once it is done properly believe me the installer starts working fine and it will install the game in your system.

This solution has worked for many people I just wonder why are you left alone in the crowd anyways no issues give a try again and let me know if that was useful for you or not. that’s it from my side.

Dude I am sorry but you are trying hard to get my problem solved but eventually nothing is going my way. Something should be done about this. I retried downloading the installer again and I don’t even remember how many number of times I have tried doing that but nothing has worked for me. You know it’s very difficult for a gamer like me who is sitting in the anticipation from last 24 hours that the game would be downloaded and I would be ready to play but that is something which is not happening with me. The download process of the game took around 8 hours and I was ready to play the game but nothing is happening over here. I am really sad don’t know when this problem would be solved.

Hey I happened to find a solution here in TA only thanks to this thread Nothing happens when clicking on Diablo III Setup.exe - Video Games wherein the user has explained that it is important to check if Windows Service for Secondary Logon is enabled or not. actually it was disabled, with the help of the steps given there I enabled the Windows Service for Secondary Logon. Now no such crash issues for me you can have a look at the method given over there it will definitely work out for you.
