Unlocking full version of FIFA 12: UEFA Euro 2012 in trial version

I purchased the FIFA 12: UEFA Euro 2012 dlc from the official EA Sports FIFA 12 website. But after installation, this game shows that it is the trial version. I was worried that I have wasted money on wrong version, but my girlfriend said that it is one of the bugged versions of security that EA Sports has applied. She said that if the dlc is downloaded from a trusted source and applied on the original game and not a pirated version, then this error shouldn’t show up. If any of these criteria isn’t fulfilled, then the game will run in trial version. But it seems to be not working. Can anyone tell me how to remove the trial version prompt from this dlc?

Do not worry it is just the full version which is mistakenly showing you trial version message. I am playing it Xbox 360 and even here the same problem is noticed. Every game has this security where the user needs to register the game online on developer’s website. It is just the bugged version of that security setup. You can go in the FIFA store or in the Euro menu and click on the ‘remove trial version’ option. It will verify you dlc and the game for authenticity and then unlock it. If even after this the message is seen, you can restart you PC.
