MLB 2k12 CPU Pitching

I am new to MLB 2k12 so I might be off completely, but is there a way to have to CPU change pitchers in the game. I have been hitting for 12 runs in some games and still the CPU does not sub the pitcher. In normal baseball after 3-4 runs a pitcher would be taken out, and it is hard to believe that a game that has had predecessors would not have the CPU changing the pitcher. Is there a setting that needs to be turned on or what?

There are some options where you can lower or higher cpu pitching but i dont think there is any option to change cpu pitchers as it is all controlled by the UI of the game. You will be able to change, create, etc, your players but not the cpu players. Anyhow, this game is HEAVILY geared to the pitchers, so some adjustments must be made unless you want games with 1 to 3 or 4 hits per game
