Not able Play Blacklight Retribution

I have recently downloaded Blacklight Retribution and when I am trying to run the game then I am getting the below message:
You video card does not support alpha blending with floating point render targets (D3DFMT_A16B16G16R16F), which is required to run this game. Exiting...
I don’t have much idea about the same but then I want to run this game, is there anyone who can help??

It seems as if your graphics card is not having the required drivers, I will suggest you to better Run DxDiag and then post back the result that you get for the same, for now you can try installing the latest driver for your graphic card from the manufacturer's website. I just wanted to know your system specification so that I can have a better idea of the issue that you are facing and will try to help you with the same.

I have already updated the drivers.

• CPU: i5 4 cpu's @ 3.00Ghz
• GPU: AMD Radeon HD 6450

I am aware of the system requirement for this game and It is supposed to run the game without any such issues, I don’t know what’s wrong.
