cannot start The Sims 3 Town Life Stuff

hello guys, as I couldn’t find any solution from other sources , I found this place suitable for my query and to my concern, i have made an installation of the Sims 3 Town Life Stuff game on my system. this game is working very well on my friends system but when i have made an installation of this game on my computer and when I made attempts to launch The Sims 3 Town Life Stuff there was only black screen which appeared for some couple of seconds and then there is no action. I am not at all concerned why I am getting launch error on my system. Can anyone assist me in my case. Thanks for replies in advance.

In my case,as I am also concerned with the same case , I have copy of The sims 3 Town Life and made an installation of the game on my computer but when i enter the game my system is not able to recognize Town Life Stuff Pack , can anyone suggest some means in this case and perfect solution regarding the same .
