could I have the blood pack DLC just with Total War: Shogun 2 - Fall of The Samurai

as I found that this game stands to be interesting, I really was concerned with this game and made some great searches in this case. I was thinking of making purchase of FOTS, and I heard that the Blood pack DLC is well-matched with it. And if my search is all true, then I needed to further inquire that could I have the blood pack DLC just with FOTS without making the buy of Shogun 2?

In my case , I think that apparently the Blood DLC does carry over to FOTS, consequently you simply have to make a purchase of it once. As to the additional question I believe you are able to buy it without buying S2TW if you own FOTS.

I was also of the same concern and in regards with this , as I found from some sites that there was a preview video where it was definite that the blood DLC will definitely work with the add-on. And it has also said by most of the guys that you are able to buy it without owning Shogun 2 for FotS. And this is been confirmed.
