Re: How to Troubleshoot Blizzard Downloader

If you have issue with the downloading game from Blizzard Downloader then I would like to recommend you to remove the download file and after that redownload the latest download manager from Here and after that let me know the issue. Make sure you have removed the all downloaded file before redownloading…

Re: How to Troubleshoot Blizzard Downloader

You might have some issue with the web browser and so therefore you’re notable download this game from Blizzard Downloader, so first I would like to suggest you to make sure your not set web browser to offline and if your set web browser to offline then I would like to suggest you make online and then try to download. The Blizzard Downloader using the default Windows settings which internet explorer uses, so I think you should check your proxy setting because if you have changed the proxy setting then you’re not able to download. Follow this steps to keep the default Windows settings in internet explorer: first open the internet explorer and after that make click on the tools and then select the internet options. Now on the internet options go to the connection tab and under that click on the LAN button. Now on the LAN button make sure you have checked the automatically detect settings check box. Now save the setting and then try to download your game. If you have proxy setup and then you can’t download this game, I would recommend you to remove the proxy setup. Once you finish this and after that go to the site and then download game.

Re: How to Troubleshoot Blizzard Downloader

You might try to power cycling your modem, router, and so that you can solve your issue. First shutdown the computer through normal shutdown steps and after that finds the power cord for your router and modem. Once you located to power cord for your router and modem just remove it for about 60 seconds and after that make sure router lights turned off. Now wait for 1 minute and then plug-in back and after that restart the system. Now remove the download manager and redownload again….

Re: How to Troubleshoot Blizzard Downloader

There lots if reasons to this issue like if you have installed the any third party security program computer which may be blocking the Blizzard Downloader from connection to internet and downloading. So in this case you should try to disable the all third-party security software on your system, along with this I would like to suggest you to make sure you’re your security software allow Blizzard Downloader to connect internet, if you have removed the ay antivirus due to the issue from control panel but sometime it remnants of it may remain background, so I would like to run tool like Norton Removal Tool or the McAfee Removal Tool to make sure your third party security software remove properly….

Re: How to Troubleshoot Blizzard Downloader

First of all Blizzard Downloader uses port 3724 and other ports like 6881-6999 sometime used but they are not required at all. If your firewall blocking 3724 port then you should create new one so that your download goes a bit faster. The game uses 1119 and 1120 TCP port and you don’t need forwarding for this port if you have special setup.
