Mass Effect 3 Pre-order bonus code redeemed

I am having some weird problem with the Mass Effect 3 code. I found that the Bioware site is showing me that the code that I am entering is already redeemed and the Origin shows me that the code is not valid. Can you tell me that what is the reason for this and how it can be resolved? If you have any idea then please let me know that. Thank you.

There is just one thing that you can do for this and that is to contact to the dealer from where you got this and see if they can help you. If they help you then it is ok otherwise it will be good for you to contact to the EA Live help. This is the only way to tackle this condition.

before contacting then, you can also try the same code on some other PC and see if that is working there. If the code is getting accepted there then there is no problem with the code. It is something wrong from the PC.
