The Sims 3 Showtime: Not getting New Expansion Pack

Hello recently I have started playing this game and I have got the two Sims I'm starting my storylines and usually when I start the storyline I get the new Expansion Pack to create my own Sims but at this time I have not got the any New Expansion Pack. Anyways currently I have two favorite Sims and that is:
Maytayus Flowers she is Inspires to be a Magician or Acrobat and here is screen shot:

Well, what I usually do is go to the exchange and I get premade Sims for their hair and clothes. Then I just make my own Sims and use what cc I got from the other premade Sims, although it's saying you can find them in the store.

I usually get premade Sims from the exchange, but that's only for their cc hair, clothes etc. If I usually use a premade Sims I make them into my own. Meaning I change the face around a lot, skin type, eyes, mouth, etc. in this case the hard work goes to me. I used premade Sims, but I turned them into my own.

I’m playing my vampire family at the instant - the oldest child is a YA and although at a party I saw this cute vampire Sims so I added him to the household using a cheat and gave him a major makeover and he is smoking!! Im slowly making them fall in love (and eventually get married) but while living at home with the parents and the teen brother, they're building up their skills and working to save up a total of 200k and buy their dream mansion (which is based on the one on the TV show Charmed). When I get ST, the smoking hot Sims (Emmett) will quit his ghost hunter job and become a magician!

i normally get premade sims from the exchange although this is only for cc hair, clothes etc. Lastly is Izumi Daisuke is a Chinese girl who family is very traditional. She grew up in Twinbrook and hates having to cover herself up at all times. She went to a fair and saw acrobats at work. She loves how they can wear whatever they want and moved to Starlight Shores to become one.
