Cannot get Free Stuff Pack for The Sims 3 Showtime with PreOrder

I was preordering the Showtime. It was the limited edition and not the Katy Perry so that I can have the advantage of the free stuff pack download. But I found that in my card, that was not showing free. I am using the Firefox. Do you have some idea that why this is happening to me and where I am going wrong. Please help me friends.

I would like to tell you that you will have to pre-order the Showtime at the start and after that you will get the email which will be having the code with the help of which you can get the free pack.

This looks some small glitch. I am saying this because it happened to me as well. I was also ordering that and not getting it as free. Then I tried the same from another computer and it was free this time. If you are not having one more computer then the best option for you is to restart the computer and then again try to place the order. I hope that this will be helpful for you.
