Unable to explore in SSX

as the title saying, I am not able to explore in SSX game. however I have redeem all of my online passes in the game. can you tell me why I am not able to explore in the game?

In order to unlock both of the mode you will require to complete the tutorial. Also to unlock the riders you have to either purchase them using credits and unlock the same for the world tour. I hope you have got it.
