Subtle changes happening while playing Dear Esther

Well in Dear Esther game I have noticed some of the aspect of the island which has been changed because of the different kind of the game play. the most common is car crash or operating bed. The second one which I have noticed is first house and half the time where gull is coming out from the bathroom and scares you in the game.

I have also noticed something interesting in the game. inside the light house there was a table. There was map of British mainland which is appearing randomly. Also the Grim is supposed to reaper on the stairs of the lighthouse.

Sometimes you will see the appearance of Seagull and radio chatter. Also there was morse code and gulls are ravens in the game. you will also notice guy inside of the cave and sometimes in front of house on the hill. Sometimes you will also notice couple of rings at the end and car rather than that of bed. You will also see that ghost by the gate at the end of the game.

Yes the things are getting in every single play of the game. I have noticed book located at the central pillar of Stonehenge as the structure is getting changed. When I went first time I seen book which was having Christian cross however in second time there was a chemistry book. I was assuming that there could be happening because of other version of the game.
