You necessitate emailing customer support and waiting for their response. Just a little warning though, This occurs to me and it took me 6 months to get it sorted as I just kept getting back auto generated reply's you just got to anticipate that your email gets read by a staff member who can actually understand basic troubles. As per Zynga supports, Responses shouldn't take that long, if you do not hear back within 48 hours, please let me know and I will see what the holdup is.
