No video when launching the wargame: European escalation

I have played so many types of game but I haven’t faced such type of issue. One day I decided to play the war game. I was so excited but when I was trying to launch this game, I could not do that.When launch the game, all I got black screen.I don’t what happened to game. Can anyone help me so that I can fix this problem?

Here I would suggest you that please check out video card whether it is updated or not. I hope it will help you or there may be chances of missing some windows media player DLLs. You can check that, there may be factors that causing your games lock up. Please review the program which interfere with steam. Please follow the steps you can solve the problem.
1>Update your drivers- ma DirectX Diagnostic Tool loads ke sure that your system is using appropriate drivers for your video card.
2>check DirectX setting- check directX setting and update this for better graphic display.
3>reset the video setting.

You can follow these steps to solve it.
Make sure that you have a latest version of video card and sound. If you do not that your videos or sounds just follow the steps to identify.

• click on start button and then click on run in that type DxDiag and click OK.
• after that DirectX Diagnostic Tool loads click on display tab.
• then you will see which driver you have installed.

This problem is due to video card so please update your video card and sound card.

Most of the black screen is due to the video cards. Try to update your video card driver to the latest version. Please make sure that it should support openGL 1.0 and above. You can also try set your screen resolution for maximum before you start the game. Some system starts work once you change the resolution, so you are not supposed to change resolution every time when you start game.
