Cursor keys bind as numpad keys in Alan Wake

I am having problem with the game. If I bind the arrow keys then it detect them the same as numpad keys. I am wondering for some way to get this problem resolved so that I can still able to make use of the numpad keys when I use the arrows to move. Please help me.

I know that this is very irritating while you make use of the cursors for movement. This is not just you who is facing this problem. There are many of the users with the same problem and I am also in the same queue. There is no solution for this till now. I have tried with some of the solutions for this but that fails to work.
